You can change it in BIOS Setup F2 by going to Embedded Server Management and setting Front-Panel LCD Options to User-Defined String, then goin gto User-Defined LCD String to set the string.
You can also change it from the OS using OMSA (OpenManage Server Administrator by going to System, Main System Chassis, Front Panel (sub tab), and set LCD Line to Custom.

-> It is not possible to change anything to custom?
System Details->Main System Chassis-> Only shows current settings.
Do we have to reboot the server and do this in bios?

No. Make sure you are going into the Front Panel sub tab:
If not:
Make sure you are using a reasonably current version of OMSA (what version are you using?).
Make sure to log in as a LOCAL or DOMAIN administrator, or you won't have permissions to change some things.

Thanks, but we don't got OMSA, only iDrac.
Is it possible to change this in iDrac?

Well, there are two ways I know you can do it; I can't say I've ever tried to change it from a DRAC/iDRAC - if you don't see the option, then I would assume it is not possible to change it from there. Make sure you are logged on as the ROOT user.
