clock speed. CPU
Sorry for my English.
PowerEdge C6100.
CPUL5520 (2.27 GHz).
Inserted 3 nodes from 4.
Energy saving is disabled everywhere.
When I turn on 3 nodes at the same time, the clock speed of the CPU on one of the nodes drops to 1.5 GHz. This node uses the Windows Server 2016.

Hello
I would suggest testing in a supported operating system. You can also check the CPU frequency in the system BIOS to see what is detected.
There are several possible PSU configurations. If you are using a single PSU or low wattage PSUs then it may be throttling due to power limitations.
