CPU Voltage sensor problem
I have a Dell PowerEdge T110 server. For the past few days my server started acting weird since I move it into a new spot. Amber light at front started flashing and at first I thought this is indication of not properly closed side lid but it wasn't the case. Server turned off itself. At first I couldn't restart it and I thought this is power supply and I changed it for a new one. Server restart with no problem but after sometime turned off itself back again and the only Amber light at front is pulsing. To restart the server I have tu turn it off the power and after several seconds plug the power cord back again however server after sometime does the same thing turning itself off.
I did run hardware test and it came back with Error Code 2900:0221; Msg: IPMI - Jul 16 08:49:34 2016: processor.: Voltage sensor (MEM PG) state asserted "CPU1".
In this case I did open server and took the CPU out and I cleaned everything from dust and I applied a new thermal paste (the old one was completely dry and gone) and after all restarted server again but still does the same thing.
Next step I did reset simos by taking the battery out but still same problem occurs and this time the server doesn't wanna boot and it says the boot sequence is set to Bios but in Bios there is no option to turn that off. Also when I wanna change AHCI mode to RAID mode on SATA controller I get the warning message saying: Data lose will occur!
Any sugestions?

Hello
Since the issue started when moving the server I would start by reseating components. Also, if you added any components to the system I would remove them. That includes external devices devices like USB drives. If the issue persists then I would take the system to minimum to POST.
You will need to change the boot mode and SATA mode back to what they were prior to the reset for the system to be able to boot again.
Thanks

SATA mode was set originally to RAID but if I do that I get message that "Data lose will occur" and I don't know exactly what is that supposed to mean if I lose my all data on my HD or so after Inpress Y to execute

After scanning hardware I got this information. How can I resolve this problem?

You will need to set it back to RAID mode to access the data. The message is indicating that if you change the mode the data will be lost. If the data is written when the controller is in RAID mode then it should be accessible. If you change the method to something other than what the data was written in then the data will not be seen and any new writes will overwrite the existing data.
That error is just indicating that there are errors in the iDRAC/BMC log. You must clear that log for that error to go away. When you clear the log I would suggest that you export a backup for your records. The logs can be called many things depending on the utility. It is referred to as the system log, BMC log, and hardware log.
Thanks
