Hi,
CPU ierr errors are fairly generic and can be caused by anything that can communicate with the CPU. Is the system working otherwise? Is this a new install or did the error start after the system had been in production? Are there any other errors?

it gets rebooted occasionally, say 3-4 times during 9 working Hours, we did tried a solution to shut down the server for 2-3 mins but as we power up the server it comes back with its error after an hour or so..

Is it giving any OS errors? It is rebooting on its own? Are there any expansion cards aside from a raid controller installed? We can try running a DSET report

It doesn't give any OS error, also there is no expansion, it gets rebooted automatically, moreover today we have shut down all VMs running on it except 1, so the server hasn't rebooted since last 5 Hours or so..

1 more issue that has been diagnostic, is that we have 20 DIMM Module available for the server, all of them are fine as we have tested, but as we plugged them there server gets stuck on "Configuring Memory", and as we decrease these Modules to 9 or Less, it some time gets passes through and some time get stuck on same place "Configuring Memory", can any one Guide us that what can be the exact issue with this??
