Faiz Equinox,
An IERR error is very broad, as it is indicating that something that communicates with the CPU has had an issue. Since most of the system interacts with the CPU, this could be a lot of things. What we could start with would be to clear the Hardware Log via the iDrac. Then we can proceed with running diagnostics on the server. If those come back clean then I would look at verifying that the server is updated to current. After all that if the error persists then I would take the server to a Mimum to POST configuration. That is removing everything from the server but the following;
After removing everything else then reseat the risers and then power up, if the error is cleared then power down and then start individually adding the removed parts back until the error returns, That will identify the device causing the issue. If everything is restored to the server and the error doesn't return, likely the issue was due to a poor connection, which was resolved when the part was reinstalled.
Let me know what you see.

This is quite a common problem on the T620, so it's a bit worrying it's also maintained in the new gen servers!
I've resolved lots of these by powering off, remove power leads from PSU, then hold the power button in for 30seconds. Reconnect power leads and turn the server on.
