cs24-ty hdd replacement

Question

I have a couple of old dell cs24ty servers with 250gb dell enterprise hdd's in raid1. Drives started to report errors and I'm looking to replace them with new hdd's same size. Now, I want to add them one at a time as hot spare in intel raid utility before OS so new drive would rebuild automatically under OS environment.Question is, which hdd brand/model to select for old raid compatibility, I don't want to take a chance on loosing data. I tried rebuilding to WD Blue 500gb as a temporary solution and in 2 days it froze the system and upon reboot I got a red message from raid utility, something like 'Drive error'.

Hello,   I looked up some part numbers that you could try sourcing. These are all 250GB SATA drives.   3.5' - F420T, H962F   2.5' - HC79N, P383F, T7YWV
