We are having the same type of issue at work.  It's very odd and seems to be happening with ps2 keyboards and mice.  They work, however intermittenly, and at times will highlight everything as if the shift button or left mouse click is being held down. I've swapped out keyboards and so far haven't heard from one employee, however another called today so I swapped hers out with usb peripherals.  We're also noticing network connection issues, again intermittent, only while the laptop is docked.
