Dell Bootable CD Diagnostic Image?

Question

I have a Dell PE 2600 which fails to boot. I recall Dell having a really nice Linux based boot CD for one of our PE 2800 servers. The cd booted to a nice GUI interfaced to tools to use while troubleshooting hardware issues. Does one exist for the 2600 series? If so, where would I find it?

Hello,   I think you actually use Live Cd version 5.1 for Pe2800.   you can use older version for PE2600 :   Try version 5.0 : http://linux.dell.com/files/openmanage-contributions/omsa-50-live/omsa-50-live.iso   if nok, try version 4.5 : http://linux.dell.com/files/openmanage-contributions/omsa-45-live/OMSA-45-Live-v1.0.iso   Hope this help !
