Dell FS12-NV7 ESXi install problems
I have just purchased one of these servers as a ESXi host but can seem to get esxi installed when i boot from cd it hangs on the yellow and black screen with both version 5.5 and version 6 any help please.

Hi,
Are you using our image or the generic Vmware image to do the install? Try the following steps
Press Shift + O during startup of an ESXi 5.5 installation
Append the boot option: ignoreHeadless=TRUE

Thanks for the quick reply, that did help but would not let me install, but I found that if I use a SATA CD player using one of the onboard connectors I did not get the same error that was seen from a USB cd player, have got ESXi 6 installed it did say unsupported hardware but all seems to be working so far.
