DELL perc h710 battery replacement, Help please

Hello Dell,

The server even is telling this

Dell OpenMange Server is showing this log message but then

Do I have to change the H710 battery if so what would be the part number ? how much ?

The issue likely isn't hardware, but instead that the H710 is behind in firmware updates. I would start with updating the servers BIOS, iDrac, H710, as well as make sure you are using the latest supported version of OpenManage. 
 
Let me know what you see afterwards.

Sorry to bother Chris,

Can you tell me which to download when i go to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/poweredge-t620/drivers there are several drivers

for instance OPENMANAGE SERVER ADMINISTRATOR, that's what i have when i go to dell

there are several openmanage

One of the easier options would be to use the platform specific bootable ISO for the T620, found here.
