Dell PowerEdge 1900 Server No boot error
I have a Dell Poweredge 1900 Server that is turn on the power giving me the error message E1216 3.3V PwrGd and E 1000 fail safe error . I am thinking of hanging the power supply. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?

First, power down the server, pull the power cord and hold the power button in to clear the power off the board. Wait about 30 seconds, then put the power back on and power up. If the error doesn't clear, the motherboard will need to be replaced. The error refers to the 3.3v regulator on the board and not in the power supply.
