Hello, that is interesting, I haven't faced such an issue like that. You can check check some general step I can recommend. Ensure that the server’s network cable is firmly attached to both the server’s network interface. Keep the server’s firmware and network interface card drivers current. For the latest updates, go to the Dell support site, input your server’s service tag, and download the necessary firmware and drivers. Should the network interface card sporadically vanish from the Device Manager, this might indicate a driver-related issue. Confirm that the driver for the network card is properly installed and updated. Device Manager can be accessed by right-clicking “This PC” or “My Computer,” selecting “Manage,” and then “Device Manager.” If you have employ an alternative network cable and connect to a different port to eliminate any cable or port defects. If feasible, consider restoring the BIOS settings to their original state. Exercise caution when altering BIOS settings to avoid additional complications.
I checked the network card driver (Device Manager can be accessed by right-clicking “This PC” or “My Computer”, selecting “Manage” then “Device Manager” device".) but it does not show the presence of network card hardware.
Currently the device is still in use and I cannot turn it off to test, I will arrange to try the default bios settings and I will report back to you with the results.
Thanks so much
