Hello,

Firstly you can try power drain on the server:

1. Power the server down.

2. Disconnect server from all power cables, Network cables.

3. Hold down the power button continuously for at least 10 seconds.

4. Insert power cables and network cables back to the system.

5. Wait about 2 minutes before powering on server to give the iDRAC time to initialize.

6. Power the system on.

Can you check the iDRAC logs? Any hardware warning or failure? If not, then most likely BSOD issue is coming from the OS itself. Were there any recent changes on the server? When did this issue start? Which OS do you use? If the issue appears after several updates were made on Windows, you can try to proceed to use safe mode and the system may try to apply the updates. After that restart, the system and you can check it again. I believe it will work fine after applying the updates in safe mode.

Other than that, Is there any new hardware properly installed? if yes, please disconnect the new hardware or replace it to see if this resolves the issue.

Let us know if this helps!
