Dell poweredge t630

Good morning dell community new here I have just purchased a second hand t630 power edge server just want to say right off the bat its a nice machine but it is very loud normal for a server I guess. I run a home business so I am going to have the server doing a few other things game server, media server etc. So is there away to replace the stock cpu heatsinks and rear fans with aios? Using a 5 pin to 4 pin connector has anyone done this in there server. Second it appears that there is no gpu enablement kit from what I can see is there a kit available to buy and is there directions on how to install said kit or is there an alternative way to power the gpu say from the molex powering the dvd drive I only need one gpu just now for a gaming vm.
