DELL R620 BIOS error

Every time I boot, It will automatically restart once to enter the system normally. What's the problem?

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Is there any suggestion to solve this problem?

Hi, thanks for choosing Dell. From what I think, I’m afraid it looks like you have an issue with your Lifecycle controller. This will need mainboard replacement. Please see if your service tag is in warranty and get in touch with the local phone support team. Hope this helps and have a good one.

Assuming your idrac and bios are fully up to date, boot the system, press F2 to enter the system setup, go to idrac>lifecycle controller and disable the lifecycle controller, reboot completely, then reboot and go into the f2 screen again and enable the LC. See if that helps. You could also try using the clear nvram jumper on the system board to see if that might help (see the system docs).

If clearing nvram doesn't work, battery may be due for replacement
