Dell R810 PCIe training error : embedded NIC 1

I think the embedded NIC on the R810 is built into the system board. I don't think we started using network daughter cards until the following generation. The error indicates a communication issue with the embedded NIC. If it is built into the system board then you will likely need to replace the system board.

There is a possibility that a power or hardware issue with other hardware is affecting the ability of the embedded NIC or PCIe controller to train. Thorough troubleshooting would require taking the system to minimum to POST and swapping as much hardware as possible to rule out possibilities.
