Hello,

The 6176SE is the fastest and higest core density processor listed as validated. It's a 12 core processor, though. The 6386SE is unvalidated, so you'd be taking a chance by purchasing it.

The documentation did list a validated 32GBx32GB memory configuration. It specified quad-rank RDIMMs at 1066MHz.

I checked another location - separate from the warranty parts and support documentation that I was looking at and I did see 2x 16 core listings that were missing from the material I referenced. Those two were the 6282SE and the 6386SE, so it looks like the my initial comment can be safely amended to say the 6386SE will work. Apologies for the earlier mistake. On the topic of configs that are sometimes sold after market, there are a number of configs that can certainly work fine, but are unvalidated on our side. Which basically would just mean they were untested, so we can't properly support them. In this case, it was fortunately just my error.

EDIT:
About the BIOS update, potentially. BIOS update 3.4.1 did include microcode updates for the Opteron 6300 series.

I'm looking at two part numbers, 0R45J and M9FKF. Those are both 1333 MHz DDR3L 1.35v RDIMMs. Looks like Hynix, Micron, and Samsung were the manufacturers of these DIMMs.

I'm not seeing that we're selling these DIMMs anymore, so I found a link. I can't speak to the source, but that might help.

The specs all look good to me. It'd be unsupported memory, but I've been running unsupported memory in my R710 for years now and never had an issue. I suspect it would work just fine.
