Dell R910 E141C error CPU configuration unsupported.

I have a dell r910 that has recently gone out of warrenty and am looking for some advice from anyone who may be able to help.

I recently one of my dell r910's to a different rack. And now it fails the post with the error above. It fails for all 4 CPU'S but it was working fine before it was powered off. No other errors occur and I have reseated all removable components within the server with no change in error. I have access to idrac however this just says the same error across all 4 CPU's.

Any help would be appreciated.
