Dell Repository Manager Plugins Aren't Downloading
Hello,
I am using Dell EMC Repository Manger Version 3.0.1.432
I was able to create a Repo and download the all the files for a R440 Server, about 96 files took less than an hour. I then tried to create an SUU media, but it said I was missing the plugins.
Under Manager - Application Preferences - Plugins. I checked all 4 and clicked on Update
- Dell EMC System Update(EXE) - Latest Version 1.5.3
- Dell EMC Server Update Utility X64 Plug-in - Latest Version 781
- Dell EMC System Update(BIN) - Latest Version 1.5.3
- Dell EMC Bootable ISO Plug-in - Latest Version 902.1
However, after checking the jobs it is still saying Downloading 1 file for more than an hour. There is an option to upload from a local folder rather than Dell EMC online, however, I am not able to find all 4 plugs in.
Does anyone know why these plugs in are not downloading? Would it be possible to paste the 4 links where I can download manually and then point the Repository Manager to a local folder instead?
I really need to get this SUU ISO created!
Thanks

Hello
The plugins should be located at downloads.dell.com/catalog, dellbootplugin is on that page. You can view the jobs list and "Show Log" section for more information about what is happening when it is trying to download and install the plugin. You can also try reinstalling the application.
Thanks

I just downloaded the EMC Repository Manager and I'm having the same issue with the plugins not downloading. I've seen other posts with the same issue and the same non-answer from Dell's tech support.
Is there a known resolution to this issue? The jobs just sit there with a Scheduled status. There's no Show Log option for the scheduled plugin jobs.
