You can find documentation on product support pages. Much of what you are asking is not proprietary. Technology has changed over the years, so a lot of the information would be generation specific. For instance, the memory controller has been integrated into the CPU since 11th generation. Older AMD systems were integrated prior to 11th generation. The PCI(e) controller has been integrated since 12th generation, if I remember correctly.

1. How is the CPU-Memory mapping done, and which CPU(s) is used for which memory location?
2. How many PCI devices can a Dell Server support? How is the internal PCI mapping done, and on which Bus?
