We would need more information to go on. Could you give us the complete error that you are seeing? Also, does the server make it to the OS successfully when you don't F2 for the BIOS? Lastly, what is the OS installed on the server?
Power down the server and then reseat the I/O risers, as well as nics in the server.
If that fails to resolve then take the server to a minimum to post configuration. That is removing everything but the following;
Two Processors to POST and boot to DOS or OS (can use one installed, but system emits an error message for improper CPU configuration and will not hand off to boot)
Two DDR3 RDIMMs in Slots 1 and 2 of Memory Riser_A
I/O riser installed
One power supply
2.5" SAS backplane (4-drive or 16-drive) installed and connected to system board
Control panel connected to system board
Power Distribution Board connected to the power supply and system board

Sir,
these are new server and no OS is installed the complete error that I get is PCIE training error:embedded NIC 3 system Halt and there it stack.
