S130 software RAID is an economical RAID solution for the Dell PowerEdge systems. It's an integrated RAID solution. If you purchase PowerEdge R230 with H330, the server will still include S130, as it's integrated on the motherboard. 

i mean can we purchase R230 comes with raid H330 but i am going to use with raid software S130..possible? or do we need to purchase R230 with S130 only?

It's not possible. It's either or. H330 and S130 connection to the drive are different. You will need to switch different hardware chain connection.

yes.. if the cable connection is different.. so can we use existing cable that connected to H330 and switch to onboard S130? does the cable type is same? if the cable is different, then do we need to purchase the cable separately? or already included in the box?

perc H310, H330, H730 support convert to non-raid disk.. which means they are able to perform it mode / HBA..
