Differences between iDRAC Express and Enterprise (LCD Display)
Hi guys,
The display of the front panel of our r410 is off, only a red lamp is lit above the model name (next to the lamp above the i).
Unfortunately, since the device is older, SEL no longer works.
I wanted to look in iDRAC 6 Express for information about the LCD display, but this option is missing in iDRAC. Is this only possible via iDRAC Enterprise?

Is iDRAC GUI not showing LCD option on the menu. You can check SEL logs from iDRAC and check for any issues

I do not get any error messages on the display, it is completely black. The last entry of the SEL logs is unfortunately from 2020. The warranty of the device has been exceeded for a long time.
When I press the i, a yellow/green icon flashes that looks like an empty battery
