Hello
I can't enter any listed menu. If I press F2 it says entering BIOS but reboots after the Ethernet Boot agent screen as I explained before. If its the Perc what is the best way to test if its faulty?
Thanks
Paras.

Hello
If you press one of the listed function keys are you able to enter any of the BIOS menus? If you are able to enter one of the BIOS menus then it is having difficulty handing off to a boot device. If you cannot enter one of the listed menus then it has not finished initializing the hardware interfaces. If you have a PERC then it should be the next hardware interface that is loaded. If it is stopping before you get the CTL R prompt to enter the PERC configuration then it is likely an issue with the PERC, SAS cable, backplane, or attached drive.
Thanks

Disconnect the PERC and see if the there is a change. After removing the PERC it should give a message that no boot device was found, and you should be able to enter the various menus. If the issue persists with the PERC disconnected then perform no POST troubleshooting:

If the issue goes away when you disconnect the PERC then it could be anything on the RAID chain. There is also still a possibility it could be other hardware in the system that is interfering with the PERC initialization process. You may need to perform no POST troubleshooting regardless.
Thanks
