The Bus 0 Device 1 Function 0 is identifying the PCI bridge PCI Express Root Port 1. I would suggest starting with powering down and reseating the raid controller, if error persists then try removing it completely. You may also want to do so with the other expansion cards as well. Also, would you confirm what version the BIOS, iDrac, and raid controller are at and if they are up to date?

Thank you very much for the reply. It tells me to undo the disk raid and do it again, right?
Bios version: 2.4.2
Lifecycle controller: 2.40.40.40
Thanks

Hello,
removing the RAID controller do you still have the fatal error?
You can upgrade BIOS version
Dell Server BIOS PowerEdge R430/R530/T430 Version 2.19.0 | Driver Details | Dell US
and also Lifecycle Controller
iDRAC 2.86.86.86 | Driver Details | Dell US
Thanks
