Updates are at support.dell.com ... Drivers/Downloads, choose your model, change your OS, then look under SCSI RAID. Update your driver first (to the latest), then your firmware (to the latest), then follow the link for the storport driver for the hotfix from Microsoft to update that driver.
You should update your system BIOS and ESM before updating the PERC though.

What version of 2003 do you have installed? x86 or x64?
All of the updates can be ran inside of Windows.

Server 2003 is 32-bit (6.44.2.32) ... :)
