FP15 console and PE 2160AS issues

I have 6 15FP consoles with PowerEdge 2160AS KVMs. All of them are displaying erratic behavior and I can’t figure out which piece is the problem. When turning on the console the picture is fuzzy to the point you cannot read text on it, when the KVM menu comes up you can choose a server but as soon as you do the screen starts to flash and then gives the error no signal, then nothing until I reboot the KVM. While the screen is flashing you can see the log in screen of the server you have chosen but of course you can’t do anything with it. Any ideas? Replacing all 6 would be a tough sell at this point, hoping someone has seen this before.
