Front I/O cable failure - T30

hello

I have PowerEdge T30 and because I have a lot of HDD I change the case to bigger case

everything is good but I got (Front I/O cable failure ) I don't know why the new case cable not working with the motherboard 

if I use the old cable the error will gone but I can't use a lot of cables in the case

there is any way to disable this error from the bios? or any other idea to stop the error
