Hi,

Please send a private message with your service tag to ensure we have all appropriate information on your system.

The 2TB limitation is a limitation of BIOS which uses MBR. UEFI using GPT partitioning will allow you to go beyond the 2TB limit that BIOS has. Here is document with instructions converting to UEFI. Be aware that the OS will need to be reinstalled if converting.

I did that then when I go to boot up in the raid controller it shows the same and on boot it shows the same just this time it tells me no boot device found tells me to press f1 to retry f2 to go to the bios of f11 to boot uefi boot manager I press f11 and the only thing I see is the nic card

Thank you for getting back to me yes the 2 500gb are raid1 and the os is installed on them the os is Ubuntu server 64bit and the 2tb and 1tb are in raid0 no I did go set that up in the bios to uefi the os booted up before and it still boots up it just shows me having 2tb instead of 3 didn't know what was going on

That is correct the 1tb and 3tb are the only ones in raid0 so can I put 2 3tb drives in and give me a total of 6tb because I was expecting to see the 3tb so if I can do 2 3tb it would give me 6tb in raid0 is that right
