Hardware log error
Hello ,
Recently I have been hearing my domain controller fan RPM rising.

Status: OK Wed Jun 25 09:57:03 2014 System Board Fan Redundancy: Fan Redundancy sensor for System Board, redundancy regained was asserted
Does this mean that I have to replace the fan ?? Or do need to check if it isn't plugged in right or something ?
with kind regards , Donovan Amatmoekrim

You need to add dell.com to IE's Compatibility View. Until recently, it has always been automatically loaded in Compatibility View when IE was set to use Microsoft compatibility lists, but recently IE has stopped using those lists, so Dell.com no longer displays in Compatibility View mode. Add it manually, and you will get a formatting bar - you won't need the formatting bar options, but if that bar displays then your formatting will be preserved.

It would appear that your fan needs to be replaced. When one fan slows too much or stops working, the other fans ramp up to compensate. What system is this? What is your BIOS and ESM/LCC/iDRAC firmware at?

You'll need to call Dell in your region to find out if they sell the parts or not.
You can get them from a number of resellers - it's just a matter of finding one that ships to your location:
http://www.serversupply.com/products/part_search/pid_lookup.asp?pid=214401
http://www.amazon.com/DELL-PowerEdge-DC12V-0G865J-G865J/dp/B005EDH0MY
Part numbers G865J or RY134.
First, your system firmware is out of date ... I would make sure your system firmware is up to date, as it can correct some fan (and other hardware) issues.
