Moslemovic,

To start off I would have said to update the driver and firmware on the card to start. With regards to you saying you removed the ram, did you do this while the server was on and the battery was connected? If so then you may have damaged the dimm. The battery is to maintain cache, by keeping the controller going long enough after an "incident" to write the cache data to disk. So that battery is powering the controller and dimm when connected, so if you you removed and replaced the dimm with battery installed then the dimm was hot when you reseated, which can damage it.

You should be able to test the raid dimm by removing the system dimms and placing the raid dimm alone at slot A1. If server errors on A1 then the dimm is likely bad.
