Help making sure firmware update
Dell Power Edge R520
Issue: server froze couple days ago. Customer had to cold boot it to get it remote into it.
I want to make sure all firmware on this server is up to date, can you assist me in getting this diagnoses and right firmware for patching

I downloaded firmware, but it is still showing "Firmware and drivers versions are out of date".

The server is telling me that there is newer firmware and drivers. The site does not have the new firmware and driver that are not on dells webpage. Can you please provide me instructions to download and install these new drivers and firmware?
Firmware version: 20.13.1-0002
driver version: 6.803.21.00
