Help! PowerEdge 400sc Processor Upgrade

I have recently acquired a Socket-N 3.4 Ghz P4  (Prescott) Processor. The processor fits fine in the socket but the retention modules (bracket) around the processor are too small for the Intel Heatsink and fan and they cannot clip in. Is there a different retention module I need to order from Dell so that it fits?
 
For reference the Inter Motherboard is PN # E210882. Thanks much in advance!
