With those systems, you can't use an single utility to update them all to the latest. The latest version that supports the 2650 (6G) will not update 9G firmware to the latest. So, the best option is to use one utility for the 2650 and another for the 9G systems.

You can use SMTD/SBUU (Systems Build and Update Utility) with SUU (Server Update Utility) to update all the system firmware at once. SUU is very large - too large for a standard single-layer DVD. I believe 7.4 is the latest version of SUU.

You can also use Repository Manager to create a bootable update DVD for specific machines - just select the Linux bundles for the 1950 and 2950, then export them as a bootable ISO.

SMTD (contains SBUU):
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=PYKGK

SUU:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=4V8PP

Repository Manager:

Install RM on a Windows 7 machine, sync database with Dell.com, browse bundles, choose 1950/2950 bundles, select ONLY the Linux bundles, then Export and select Bootable ISO (you'll need to install the add-on when you are prompted). Burn ISO to DVD and boot that DVD on the system in question and let it do its thing.

The 2650 would require more, smaller CD update utilities targeted specifically at that model since most 2650's did not have DVD drives even as an optional purchase from Dell.
