How to get KVM Console on Dell (Avocet) 4322DS KVM Switch to work with updated Java
I cannot use the Dell 4322DS KVM switches for remote console support any longer because Java has moved beyond the early unsecure versions that apparently existed when the 4322DS was sold. Now I want a work-around or support for modern Java. Does anyone have a solution?
I have Java 8 installed on my computer. When I open https://kvm/ and open the console link for the particular server I need remote KVM attachment, the session_launch.jnlp file downloads with a security warning in my browser (IE 9 and Chrome 44.0.2403.157, same result).
Here are the Java security warnings:
Here is the session_launch.jnlp file contents:

Thanks!

Also, I neglected to mention that using the Java Control Panel applet I have added the http: and https: IP addresses and DNS names of the KVMs to the exception list (as noted in the Java error message). This did not work, of course.
These are additional error messages from the KVM:

Sorry, I'm just continuing to past symptoms here. I turned on some debugging settings in Java and left the console open, which gave me this (had to act quickly, these windows seem to pop open and close.)

I am not sure I understand. What versions of Java are installed on your computer? Which options in Java security settings need to be used to allow an application to run with an old Java?
