iDRAC new error message
After some finagling I am able to get my 420's to post but they are so loud because of the iDRAC initialization errors. I don't need the iDRAC functionality but I need them to run quieter.
I have:
- Flead the power
- Depressed the i key
- Jumped the NVram pins
- Removed power supplies
- Removed RAM, HDD's, etc.
- Removed iDRAC card
I am now getting it to post but receive this error message. The life cycle controller and idrac are disabled so I can not access them using any method.
This has happened on 3 420's. Is there anyway I can get the issue resolved enough so the fans aren't spinning in hyperdrive. I want to stand 3 of these up in a lab environment and there is no way I can do that with this amount of noise.
Thanks.

Since all those other steps have been eliminated, would you confirm if you also waited a couple minutes to power the server up after installing the power cords, which allows the idrac to init before you power the server?
Also, I do see there is a solution listed on the page here.
The fans are controlled by the iDrac, so with the iDrac not working the fans go to full RPM to ensure the server doesn't overheat.
