Yes I can see the "mut" and "sysinfo" directory as well as their contents (.xml files). I download the report from another server with idrac8 and I have the same result. (no viewer.html file) On the other hand, on our servers with idrac9, the viewer.html file is present.

Hi,
i have been experiencing the same problem. No matter how many times I try, there is no viewer.html file in TSR directory.
Hase anyone been able to figure out why is this happening and how to fix it?
