The first thing I would look at is the browser and version you are using. Also, what version iDrac are you using and on what model server? When you say 5-10 minutes, are you referring to the time it takes to come up after logging in, or the time it takes for the drac login to appear?
You can, I normally don't recommend it, but you can run the Lifecycle controller update as well and then hold on the reboot. Personally I would just wait till the time you are going to reboot and then run it there, so as to not cause instability.
I would suggest running TraceRT from the workstation to the iDrac Webs IP address and verify the delay is at the server itself. Is there any issue local to the system?

Thank you Emoxam,
What is the BIOS version you are at.? The current version is 1.12.0, if you are far off from this then don't run this update. YOu will need to walk it up to current if it is very out of date. The Current version is located here - http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=DJ0VY&fileId=3285775802&osCode=WS8R2&productCode=poweredge-r510&languageCode=EN&categoryId=BI
The Lifecycle Controller is out of date, the update is located here - http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=F7XJ1&fileId=3364056169&osCode=WS8R2&productCode=poweredge-r510&languageCode=EN&categoryId=SV
Let me know.
