Dell part 43PCJ is legit. Sold in Dell Server PC's.

The internal parts page showed that it only shipped on Dell Server models (PowerVault/PowerEdge/CloudEdge etc.). So my point was trying to show you that it never shipped in a Consumer PC model like XPS or Alienware.

I appreciate the help I've received, and I do not mean to be burdensome, however, I still have one question.

I have been told that in 2018 these SSD's were built on servers only, so they couldn't be sold separately. 

Could you please let me know if that's true?
