Would you confirm a couple of things for me?
Are you remoting into the server, or are you local to the server?
What model server is it?
Have you tried other browsers?
Have you tried another wired keyboard?
Does a mouse work?
Let me know what you see.

Hi,
Answers to your questions:-
1/ Yes I'm using it from my own property.
2/ The Model is a Dell poweridge R720.
3/ No haven't tried any other browsers.or Keyboard.
4/ Mouse does not work.

I would start with attempting to access via a different browser, and maybe try with a known good keyboard. You can find a list of supported browsers for the iDrac7 here. Also, would you verify the OS installed is on the supported list as well?
