KVM Display doesn't work with PowerEdge

Please help, I am at the end of my rope!  I have a Pwredge 2650 connected to a Raritan Switchman which worked for over a year and recently developed problems.  I will detail in a minute.  Just in the middle of trying to fix that problem I ordered a new 2600 PE and it shows the same problem out of the box!

Done all basic troubleshooting and no change. The machine if connected through kvm will not boot,  The display is garbled and moves quickly from side to side. It will stop at the dell screen that shows bios version. If I connect the KVM with just the the keyboard and mouse and directly connect a monitor to server I get a keyboard error but the machine will boot.  If I boot with keyboard and mouse direct to server but monitor on kvm the display is still horrible but machine will boot and I can access using VNC and Terminal Server mode.

I have a brand new KVM and cables. There is something in these two PE servers causing this.  I have 9 other Dell boxes on the KVM that all work.

Worked with Raritan and exhausted that track

I got 8 PE 2650s, all dated 3/11/2004, and connected them to an Epicenter Centerpoint 16-port KVM switch.

3 of the servers forces the kvm to display "out of range" while the rest work just fine.  I've done all troubleshooting suggestions and even talked to Epicenter Support, but everything points to the PE 2650 servers.

With regular monitors, the 3 are fine. Even thru the external port out of the kvm, the 3 displays normally.

The "out of range" signal is displayed as soon as the Dell splash screen is displayed upon boot-up (i can tell by looking at the external monitor).

I tried using the front ports, and interestingly the display comes ON, but flashes blank every two seocnds, as if its refreshing and can't hold correctly.

Anyone have any suggestions or other observations?
