Laptop Performance Issues
Greetings Dell Community! Recently, I've noticed a decline in the performance of my Dell laptop. It's become slower, and I'm experiencing occasional freezes. I've tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Has anyone faced similar problems with their Dell laptops, and if so, what solutions or recommendations can you share to enhance performance?

Software Wise: Make sure everything is up to date. Check your gpu drivers! make sure you optimize your drives with the Defragment and Optimize Drive app on Windows. Also go to settings, go to your storage to delete temporary files. Go to Command Prompt and run as Administrator to run SFC/ scannow Note: None of this can harm your laptop. As a last resort try updating your bios. Specification Wise: make sure you have enough Ram or upgrade. If you don't have an SSD or M.2 Drive, I recommend upgrading to one! Lastly check your temperatures and make sure you are not Overheating/Thermal Throttling.
