Lifecycle controller FTP Firmware update failing
Trying to update firmware on T320, iDRAC is simply not working. None of the combination of http/https ftp.downloads is working. Only the ftp.dell.com site responds with a catalog with applicable firmware/bios showing the source to be '\\ftp.dell.com\catalog' but, when 'apply' button is selected it tries to download packages but the following error is thrown:
"Unable to install the update Packages. (SUP0531)
Recommended Action:
Enter another repository location that has update package.
When downloads.dell.com is used initially, not even the catalog is accessed."
When I tried to update BIOS, using a bootable USB, it says filetype (exe) is not DOS executable.
I have spend considerable amount of time to do this.

RK.3.141,
Would you confirm the firmware revision you're currently on?
I ask as HTTPS download support should be on 2.63.60.62 firmware release, to be used with irt pointed to https://dell.to/2sQlszV (https://dell.to/36riMqt is being phased out)
So I recommend that you leverage the https protocol and direct to https://dell.to/2sQlszV to access the online catalog, once we get it beyond 2.63.60.62.
If below that then there are a couple options. You can:
Download the latest Dell EMC Server Update Utility ISO image
( https://dell.to/2TTnc6G ). From Lifecycle Controller F10 Firmware Update Wizard, select local drive and direct wizard to contents of ISO image.
or
Download and boot the latest Platform Specific Update ISO - https://dell.to/30LalVC
Hope this helps.
