Lifecycle controller on iDRAC 7 stuck in update loop

Question

Experts, Have a T320 server that suffered a power failure. Since then its stuck in a boot loop trying to run a lifecycle update. How can this be reset or fixed. All I can do is go into the iDRAC, have tried upgrade firmware but problem persists. iDRAC reports version 2.41.40.40, if I rollback the problem still exists.

What exactly is showing on the screen? I would suggest that you provide more details as to what exactly is occurring during this POST/boot issue.

Check the job queue to see if something is in queue. If there is an update in the queue then try to cancel or delete it.
