Hi,
What version of the CMC are you on? Which NDC is in the server? Try the following steps
1. shutdown and power off the blade
2. disable flex address for the slot
3. power on the blade and enable FCoE in the adapter
4. power off the blade and perform a virtual reseat
5. enable flex address for the slot

It just doesnt want to assign chassis WWN's :/

Are you using iscsi on all of the nic partitions? You may want to update the CMC http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=7684V&fileId=3518703436&osCode=WNET&productCode=poweredge-m1000e&languageCode=en&categoryId=CE

Hi again Josh, you actually helped me, i ve followed your proposed procedure once again, and this time before i started following steps i cleaned Lifecycle jobs, and when i was done with procedures, WWN's from server assigned moved to Chassis assigned.
Now the question is , are the steps you 've provided mandatory each time you shutdown server for maintenance? (In our case shutdown was done, for memory replacement).
Once again Josh, thanks for fast help.

It should not do this every time you reboot.
