memory install problems

I recently tried to increase the memory on one of my older servers a poweredgesc430. I got incompatible speed message on boot up.   Dell site said that the correct memory was DDR2 SDram 667Mhz ( pca-5300) ordered (4) 1 gig sticks from Newegg. Newegg site's Crucial side link "memory finder" also confirmed this type of memory.

they sent
Samsung 1GB 1Rx8 PC2-5300u-555-12-22-zz. There is another sticker on the stick from Crucial that says 1GB-240-pin dimm 128mx64 DDR2

this is what I order on the Newegg site

Crucial 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model CT2KIT12864AA667

Is there some thing I'm missing ( I'm sure) but need help on what?  thanks in advance.

You cant put registered and non reg memory together. Is the other memory non registered? That mem you posted is registered memory.

I had removed the 1 gig ( 2 -512) memory) and put 4 new stick in.  I turn out that the Dell site could be labeled wrong Crucial site and thier support say that the max speed is 4200 not 5300as stated on Dell site. we did upgrade the bios to make sure that was not the problem.  I would be interesting to see what Dell says but their has been no response as yet.
