Network Card showing errors. Please help

I am running Redhat Linux 7.3

Looks like you have a duplex issue - with so many collisions and TX errors.............check that your NIC configuration is the same as your network switch configuration for duplex mode

I.e. NIC DUplex = Switch Duplex....................Full or Half

How do i find out what speed the network card it set to in linux?

How do i change it ?

The switch its connected to is 100 Full Duplex.
