To start with I would verify that you have a complete backup of the data, as well as the servers BIOS, iDrac, Raid Controllers, and drives are up to date. After that I would then look at running a Consistency Check on the controller to verify the drive conditions. Would you also confirm if this is a new replacement or a previously used one? If HDD 1 still shows as Pred Fail after the consistency check it likely will need to be replaced, but we can run a TSR on the server to confirm what is happening prior to that. I will private message you my email details and you can forward me the TSR.

indeed we have to take all the backup of server & other stuff. today I replaced HDD1 & kept it for rebuilding. probably it will take one or two days to complete the task.
the reason I have changed with a new drive because after HDD1 has been changed for 48 hours passes it was still blinking with green/amber. (i suspected that HDD might be bad drive)
I will see the result after 48 hours & how it will go or progress. later I will send you TSR & Controller log files to you if need.
