NIC driver updates

Hi,

We have a poweredge R910 (servicetag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed as per privacy policy>), that the RDP connection to the Hyper-v virtual Machines on this server rendomly failed, one of the steps we would like to take to update the NIC drivers and I want the correct drivers, I think there is a way to allow the dell analyze all the hardware on the server and then comeupwith dirvers update is any exist.

as I remmebr for the otiplex work stations when i go to the dell.com/support there I can give the service tag of the machine and dell do the rest but on this pwoeredg I cannot do this.

Any idea how can I allow dell to find the druiver update for this server?

MR. Shahin,

For the driver you will need to be more specific to the version of the OS you have. I can then provide the link to the proper driver.

For monitoring and managing the hardware you can use OpenManage Server Admin (OMSA) and it will do that for you. Here is the link -

http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/poweredge-r910?driverId=CWHRG&osCode=WS8R2&fileId=3267736217&languageCode=en&categoryId=SM

Let me know.

as I said server is Power edge R910 and has these NICs:

I hope you can provid me the link to the correct driver.
