no com ports available - 1500sc

​ hi, we have a 1500Sc running win2k server SP4. ​

​ RAS was installed and working fine, but now there are no com ports. ​

​ If I try to reinstall the modem, there are no com ports to choose from, where there were loads. ​

​ ​

​ No bios or system configuration changes took place. ​

​ ​

​ How do I get them back as this is an essential faculity for us? ​
